PATTERNA has just launched new shipping prices that are now based on weight rather than unit count, ensuring fair and accurate pricing for your orders, whether you’re a Dropshipping or Bulk Order customer.

Please note, the full lead time is: shipping time + 2 days fulfilment time (for order containing 1-10 units).

How do I track the status of my order?

Great, you have placed an order! You will receive an order confirmation within one hour and we prepare your order immediately.

As soon as your order is packed and shipped, you will receive your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on the status of your order with our shipping partner.

We will notify you as soon as our shipping partner is on the way to you with your order, so that you are informed and prepared. You will soon be able to enjoy your wonderful new products.
After your order has been delivered, you will also receive a confirmation.
We hope that you will have a lot of fun and relaxation with our products.

Taxes and other duties

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. PATTERNA is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to the customer.

Returns

We’re sorry to hear that it’s not working out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through the PATTERNA website or one of our PATTERNA retail stores, we are happy to let you know that you can return your order to us using our return form. Please make sure that your return meets the following conditions:

Returns are possible up to 14 days after receipt of your order. To do this, we ask you to fix the defects in a photo or video and contact us by email or phone to discuss the details.

Cosmetic, skin care and hair care items can only be returned sealed and unopened. Return your products in undamaged packaging (preferably the original carton).
For products that show damage or signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.
Please also return the free gift when you return your entire order. If you do not return the gift, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
The following products cannot be returned: (digital) PATTERNA gift cards.

Tip: Always keep the shipping confirmation and tracking number until your return has been fully processed.

The Terms and Conditions apply to all delivered products. You can make returns by making use of your right of withdrawal.

In such cases, please reach out to us at patternacom@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 7 working days.

Refunds

We aim to refund you within 20 business days of the product being returned to PATTERNA, however, these times may be impacted during high volume periods.

All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. We cannot process your refund to an alternative card. The refund will be issued upon processing of the returned product(s). You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing.
